Before the festival
Irene handled the entire communication strategy for the event, covering both traditional and digital channels. This included posters, advertising on buses and public transport, coordination with partners, and oversight of social media content. The goal was to build anticipation and engagement, preparing the audience for the unique festival experience.
During the festival
Irene managed the daily flow of content on social media, including daily recaps, live stories, and posts according to the editorial plan. The work aimed to showcase performances, the atmosphere of the squares, and audience participation in real time, ensuring coherence and high-quality content.
Davide, meanwhile, documented everything with his camera from dusk until late at night.
After the festival
After the festival, we continue managing the social media editorial plan, releasing the official aftermovie, and publishing thematic videos to keep the audience engaged and extend the festival’s story beyond the event.
